Refund & exchange policy

Digital products have a special nature.

Digital products are non-refundable after delivery.
If a code is invalid, report it within 24 hours with a screenshot of the error, and after verification we will replace it or refund you.
If an order is not fulfilled within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you may cancel it and get a full refund.
Refunds are made via the same payment method within 3–7 business days.
